I fell into the black hole of Amazon, read all the reviews, added quite a few things to my ever full cart, and emerged with a few LOVES!!

I am opening up my bathroom AND makeup bag to share some of my favorite beauty buys with you – so have fun grabbing some economical products that truly deliver and some I use WEEKLY; some have even earned the coveted spot of Subscribe and Save right alongside the garbage bags and paper towels – now that is quite the endorsement!
1. Schick Hydro Silk Touch-Up Multipurpose Exfoliating Dermaplaning Tool, Eyebrow Razor, and Facial Razor
This one is in the Subscribe and Save cart – you will use for your Eyebrow touch ups and weekly dermaplaning!
Hot Tip: Mirror, mirror on the wall – in the airplane bathroom – why are you so cruel!? Keep one of these in your carry-on- that airplane, the bathroom mirror is no joke, and you will need a few extra moments alone with your facial razor – trust me on this! This is a beauty buy worth every penny.

2. Physicians Formula Plump Potion Needle-Free Lip Plumping Cocktail Shade Extension, Pink Crystal Potion
They claim this potion will replace the need for injectables – I will not go that far, BUT it does give your lips a fuller appearance with great moisture and a beautiful wearable hint of color! You will need to reapply every few hours – but what gloss don’t you need to reapply!? This is that easy one to keep in your pocket – no need for a mirror!

3. Butter Lip Gloss Merengue, Nyx Cosmetics
Hands down the best $6 you will ever spend! I realize that may be dramatic – but this gloss deserves it! It truly does feel like butter, and the pigment is not opaque or chalky but truly beautiful! Meringue is my personal favorite and resembles a Barbie pink – I know! I have always loved Barbie… and Ken.

4. Derma Roller for FACE
You can spend major $$$ on beauty buys, especially for a derma roller, and you truly don’t need to! Derma rolling is one of the best nightly additions to your skincare regimen – it will help to reduce acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, firm the skin by stimulating collagen production – I mean, I can stop there, right? Roll on clean skin at night – changing the direction to create different channels! Follow with a treatment serum within 60 seconds of rolling for maximum product absorption! It may be used nightly if not sensitive! Replace this beauty buy every 3 months or when needles feel dull!

If looking for a wallet-friendly serum to apply after dermarolling – this is it! Hyaluronic Acid is a MUST in your skincare routine – HA holds 1000x its weight in water, so apply to damp skin! Your skin WILL be more hydrated and smoother! The added B5 + Ceramides serve to soothe and strengthen skin! I have honestly seen the addition of Hyaluronic Acid serum to existing routines have the most positive impact on the skin!

A Kabuki brush is truly the only face brush you need in your life! You will use it for foundation, concealer, powder, cheek color, bronzer – ALL THE THINGS! This beauty buy is fantastic! I love mineral powders, and this one is perfect for applying those and so much more! Wash weekly with your facial cleanser making sure to dry flat so water doesn’t drip into the ferrule and cause the brush to shed!
8. Aquaphor Healing Ointment – Moisturizing Skin Protectant for Dry Cracked Hands, Heels, and Elbows
If you are traveling to a harsher climate – think skiing, beach, etc. – this is your First Aid product! It is also amazing for chapped lips! Aquaphor makes a lip repair – but I honestly find this ointment to work better!

No beauty buy list is complete without a great mascara! I truly believe you need fresh mascara every 2 months, so no need to spend a lot on it! This one is fabulous! A great everyday look – lengthens and thickens and doesn’t smudge! If your mascara is smudging – be sure not to use oil-based eye makeup removers at night – that oil coats your lashes and will make your mascara and other eye makeup slip right off the next day!
